Norman brings extensive operational and strategic leadership experience spanning the United States and international markets across 13 countries. As Executive Chairman of NVC, he provides strategic direction, executive oversight, and long-standing client relationships that support the company's growth, accountability, and long-term success across all engagements.

General Manager Delivery Operations
Sebastian Marin is an operations and customer experience leader with more than 16 years of experience in BPO, Contact Center, shared services, and operational management environments. As General Manager of Delivery Operations at NVC, he oversees operational delivery, client experience, workforce performance, and strategic execution across multiple service lines and client accounts. His leadership focuses on building scalable operational structures, strengthening organizational culture, improving accountability, and driving innovation through technology and AI-enabled solutions.

David Cruz
Director of IT & Cybersecurity
