Newton Vision Corporation was founded by leaders who had spent decades inside real engagements — watching how technology projects fail. Not because of bad intentions or poor talent, but because the starting point was wrong. Requirements approximated. Business need never fully surfaced. Success criteria left undefined until it was too late to change anything without pain.
