Chief Technology Officer Stephen Turner is a seasoned enterprise architect with over 20 years of experience building production systems across enterprise mobility, healthcare, and broadcasting. He spent 11 years at VMware / AirWatch developing enterprise software used by millions of users and co-designed Android Enterprise in collaboration with Google. He is the named inventor on 19 U.S. patents spanning enterprise security, cryptography, and device management. Stephen also built FIPS-compliant cryptographic libraries adopted company-wide and worked closely with VMware’s security office to analyze penetration-test results and drive critical fixes. More recently, he has led the development of production healthcare AI systems featuring multi-agent orchestration and enterprise-grade observability.
