NVC currently requires highly motivated, driven, experienced, and result-oriented Processing Agent to work for customers located in the USA.
- Support sales staff.
- Maintain all customers’ folders properly updated.
- Collect all necessary documents for closing deals.
- Build reports as requested from the client.
- Maintain contact with the customers throughout the closing process.
- Act as the liaison between potential clients and our growing financial institution.
- Conduct client evaluations, research for credit records, and prepare loan package documentation.
- Help eligible applicants obtain loans in a timely and professional manner.
- A minimum of a High School degree.
- Advanced English Level.
- Customer Service and Sales Assistance experience.
- Experience in mortgages or home loans is a PLUS.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Availability to work on-site at NVC’s Bogota offices.
