NVC is looking for a Lead Generation Agent to prospect, generate, qualify, process and follow up on leads for an external sales team.
Lead Generation Agent
- Be responsible for making outbound calls daily using the data and tools provided.
- Act as an ambassador for the business and promote the client.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
- Convert calls into new business leads.
- Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
- Inform potential clients of the company’s products and services.
- Use company databases to gain potential leads.
- Input and maintain information into the company’s CRM.
- Build relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Deal with clients in a professional manner, at all times aligned to our brand values.
- Assist other departments as required.
- Attend all staff meetings and training sessions as and when required.
- Advanced English Level (minimum B2).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.
- Strong communication skills and a sales-driven attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Office packages and an attitude to learn company-specific software if required.
- Effective in anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
- Able to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Available to work on-site at NVC Bogotá office.
