Lead Generation Agent

NVC is looking for a Lead Generation Agent to prospect, generate, qualify, process and follow up on leads for an external sales team.


  • Be responsible for making outbound calls daily using the data and tools provided.
  • Act as an ambassador for the business and promote the client.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team to ensure leads are generated within various business sectors.
  • Convert calls into new business leads.
  • Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
  • Inform potential clients of the company’s products and services.
  • Use company databases to gain potential leads.
  • Input and maintain information into the company’s CRM.
  • Build relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Deal with clients in a professional manner, at all times aligned to our brand values.
  • Assist other departments as required.
  • Attend all staff meetings and training sessions as and when required.


  • Advanced English Level (minimum B2).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.
  • Strong communication skills and a sales-driven attitude.
  • Knowledge of MS Office packages and an attitude to learn company-specific software if required.
  • Effective in anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
  • Able to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
  • Available to work on-site at NVC Bogotá office.
