We are looking for Booking Agents to contact leads, set appointments, manage initial customer contact, and add follow-ups inside a CRM Tool.
- Contact leads and schedule appointments for the client’s sales team.
- Log notes/comments, status, etc., into the client’s CRM tool.
- Advanced English Level B2+ / C1.
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.
- Strong communication skills and a sales-driven attitude.
- Anticipate, prevent, identify, and overcome objections as necessary.
- Knowledge of MS Office packages and the ability to learn company-specific software, if required.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Availability to work on-site at NVC’s Bogota offices.
